If you are considering working with me, these are the questions people most often want clarified before they apply.
About the work
How does the work happen remotely?
My core work is completed remotely and independently at the agreed time.
You do not need to be physically present with me.
For a Resolution Session, you do not need to be on Zoom while I am doing the intuitive reading and deep energetic work. The private Zoom happens afterward.
For Intuitive Space Clearing, I work remotely from the photographs, video, information, and intuitive reading of the space.
How do you know what to work on if I have not told you everything?
You may name the area or topic you want me to look at, but you do not need to give me your entire life history.
My work begins with an intuitive reading.
I follow what appears most active and relevant within my process rather than starting with a fixed explanation.
I do not claim to know everything about you, and I do not diagnose you from one symptom or one story.
Do I need to know the deeper cause before I apply?
No.
You can start with what you are experiencing now.
Part of the purpose of the work is to explore whether there is another relevant layer underneath the visible problem.
What is energetic protection?
After I complete the clearing work, I close the process by setting energetic protection.
For me, this is a natural final stage of the work.
I do not present protection through fear or dramatic claims.
Can this work exist alongside therapy or medical care?
Yes.
My work is not medical treatment and is not psychotherapy, but it can exist alongside qualified medical, psychotherapeutic, or other professional support.
I do not advise clients to stop medication, treatment, or psychotherapy.
Resolution Session
What exactly is a Resolution Session?
It is a complete private remote process that combines an individualized intuitive reading with approximately two hours of independent deep energetic work focused on what appears active and relevant for you.
The process includes clearing, resolution, energetic protection, a detailed written report, and defined follow-up.
How long does the core work take?
Approximately two hours.
This refers to my independent remote work, not a two-hour Zoom call.
Do I need to be on Zoom during the session?
No.
The Zoom is not the session itself.
I complete the core work first.
The private follow-up Zoom happens afterward.
When do I receive my report?
The detailed written Resolution Session report is delivered within 24 hours after the core work is completed.
When is the follow-up Zoom?
The private Zoom is scheduled within the next 3 days after the work and lasts up to 60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
I do not know that before the first session.
We begin with one complete session.
For some people, one session may be enough.
If a deeper or more complex topic appears to need further work, that can be considered afterward.
There is no universal session count and no fixed interval.
Can I drive while you are doing the core work?
I recommend that you do not drive during the core work.
You do not need to actively participate, but I prefer you to be somewhere settled and not managing something that requires your full attention while I complete the work.
This is simply a practical precaution, not because I expect anything unusual or unsafe to happen.
What support is included after the Resolution Session?
You may ask questions directly related to what appeared during the work for 7 days after the session.
This is not unlimited coaching, open-ended life advice, or unrestricted private access.
Intuitive Space Clearing
What types of spaces do you work with?
I work with:
- apartments
- houses
- workspaces
- business premises
- shops and commercial units
Very large or non-standard spaces may require an individual quote.
Do you work with rented spaces?
I primarily work with spaces owned by the person who applies.
Long-term rentals can be considered case by case, especially when the space is central to your daily life or you have lived there for a long time.
What do I need to send before space work?
I will need:
- basic property information
- photographs
- preferably a short video
- basic information about the owner
- basic information about the people who live or work there
- any relevant practical context that may help me understand the situation
Do you need to visit the property?
No.
The work is completed remotely.
Is Intuitive Space Clearing Feng Shui?
No.
Feng Shui is part of my education and professional background, but Intuitive Space Clearing is a different service.
The current service is centered on intuitive reading, energetic clearing, harmonization, and protection.
What happens during the space clearing?
I begin with an intuitive reading.
Where relevant, I also look at the wider context around what appears, including possible connections with the people who live or work there now, previous owners, or events connected to the space.
I only work with what appears relevant within the process.
I then complete the clearing, harmonization, and energetic protection.
Within 24 hours after the remote space work is complete, you receive a detailed written report explaining what appeared, what I worked with, what was cleared, and any relevant recommendations.
If something in the report or recommendations is unclear, you may ask one clarification question within 7 days of receiving it.
Intuitive Space Clearing does not include a separate Zoom.

Applying, waiting list + payment
Why do I need to apply?
I keep the work individual and my capacity limited.
The application lets me understand what is bringing you to the work and whether the service appears to be an appropriate fit before payment is requested.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No.
I review applications personally.
If the work does not appear to be the right fit, I may decline the application.
What happens if capacity is full?
If the fit is right but current capacity is full, you may be placed on the waiting list.
When a place becomes available, you will be contacted with the next steps.
When do I pay?
Payment is requested only after acceptance and when a place is being confirmed.
There is no public instant checkout.
How is payment handled?
After acceptance, you receive the payment instructions / individual payment link for your place.
Policies
Can I reschedule?
Yes, subject to the current rescheduling policy.
If you contact me at least 48 hours before the scheduled work, the timing can be changed.
If less than 48 hours remain, there is no refund, but the appointment may be moved once.
What happens if I cancel 48+ hours before the scheduled work?
A refund is available minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees.
What happens if I cancel less than 48 hours before the work?
There is no refund, but the appointment may be moved once.
What happens once Milica’s work has started?
Once the work has started, there is no refund.
Outcomes + professional boundaries
Can you guarantee a job, relationship, money, pregnancy, or another specific result?
No.
I do not guarantee a job, partner, amount of money, pregnancy, medical outcome, psychological outcome, disappearance of anxiety, fixed transformation timeline, or another specific external event.
I can be responsible for the quality and structure of my own work, not for guaranteeing a particular event in another person’s life.
Is this medical treatment?
No.
I do not diagnose medical conditions and this work does not replace qualified medical care.
Is this psychotherapy?
No.
I do not diagnose psychological conditions and this work does not replace psychotherapy.
Will you tell me to stop medication or treatment?
No.
